Garden to Table

The Thyolo House restaurant serves à la carte Italian fusion cuisine, made with ingredients picked fresh from our chemical-free garden. Breakfast is included for all hotel guests.

Our garden supplies fresh herbs, vegetables, and edible flowers daily. What we cannot grow, we source locally — Lake Malawi chambo, free-range chicken, and tropical fruits from the surrounding region.

Vegan and vegetarian dishes are available on request — just let us know when you book. Whether you join us for a leisurely lunch on the veranda or a candlelit dinner under the stars, every meal is crafted with care. The restaurant is open to both hotel guests and visitors — just book ahead so we can prepare something special.
